1. Using ClassLyv

ClassLyv provides an online platform for discovering tutor profiles, arranging eligible tutoring sessions and using supporting learning features. Use of the platform is subject to applicable rules and the conditions communicated during registration and checkout.

2. Accounts and accurate information

Users should provide accurate registration and booking information, keep account credentials secure and avoid sharing one-time verification codes. Parents or guardians should supervise or authorize use by children where required.

3. Tutors and educational services

Tutors may offer teaching services through ClassLyv. Tutor availability, teaching preferences and particular learning outcomes can vary. Profile publication or verification is not a guarantee of a particular academic result.

4. Bookings, schedules and attendance

Available tutoring formats may include trial sessions, individual sessions or lesson packages. Confirmed lesson duration, price, currency and schedule should be shown before payment or booking confirmation. Students and tutors are responsible for joining sessions on time and meeting platform participation requirements.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Fees, any applicable taxes and payment details are presented in the applicable booking flow. Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and no-show resolutions are subject to the policy communicated for the relevant purchase and applicable law. Do not assume a refund or cancellation right beyond the terms presented at checkout.

6. Acceptable use and content

Users must not misuse the classroom, harass participants, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Content, educational resources and recorded materials remain subject to their respective rights and permissions.

7. Public profile content and ClassLyv promotions

When you intentionally submit or publish content for public display on ClassLyv, such as a tutor profile, professional photograph, introduction or demonstration video, biography, qualifications, teaching description or publicly shared educational resource, you grant ClassLyv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, excerpt and promote that public content in connection with ClassLyv and its services. This may include ClassLyv's website, search listings, emails, social media posts and paid digital advertising campaigns.

You retain ownership of your content and confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to publish it and authorize these uses. ClassLyv will not treat private account details, payment information, private messages, unpublished classroom materials, or recordings of private tutoring sessions as public promotional content merely because they are available within the platform.

Images, videos, names, testimonials or other identifiable content featuring students or children will not be used for marketing or paid promotion without the appropriate separate permission, including parent or guardian consent where required. If you wish to request removal of your public content from future ClassLyv promotions, contact admin@classlyv.com. Previously published or distributed material may not be immediately retractable from third-party platforms.

8. Service availability

Online sessions depend on internet access, compatible devices and third-party technical infrastructure. Technical interruption may occur. Users should contact support if a booked lesson cannot proceed as expected.
